I am a native Nebraskan and graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I grew up on a cattle ranch in the Sandhills region of Nebraska where I developed an appreciation for the simple beauty of my surroundings. Studying abroad in Europe in 2005 also allowed me the opportunity to travel and experience life in a different culture and perspective.
